Do you provide alcohol, too, or can I just hire a Mobile Mixology Masters bartender?
Mobile Mixology Masters provides professional bartending services only. However we are happy to recommend local, licensed liquor stores and suppliers which we have come to trust offer excellent customer service and high quality products at competitive prices.
I'm planning on purchasing the alcohol for my event, but I'm not sure what to buy. Can you help?
Absolutely! During our initial consultation, we will work with you to create a custom bar menu for your gathering and then provide you with a complete shopping list for your use.
Will you provide Liquor Liability Insurance for my event?
Our Company and staff are fully insured. However, if you plan on providing the alcohol, you will need to secure Liquor Liability Insurance for your specific event. We'd be delighted to offer assistance by referring you to local insurance agents who specialize in this type of coverage.
My event will have guests under the legal drinking age. What will you do to guarantee that they are not served any alcoholic beverages?
To help ensure that we never serve a minor, Mobile Mixology Masters' policy is to ask for identification from anyone appearing under the age of 30. If they are unable to produce identification for our review, then we will offer them only non-alcoholic beverage choices.
Are your bartenders certified or licensed?
Yes! In addition to being fully insured, our Mixologists have each received Responsible Alcohol Service Certification, which is a skills-based training and certification program designed to help professional bartenders prevent intoxication, underage drinking and drunk driving. Our Mixologists have also received Florida-approved ServSafe Alcohol Certification sponsored by the National Restaurant Association and Professional Bartending Schools of America.
How many Mixologists will I need for my event?
In order to ensure high quality service and maintain safety, our policy is to have one Mixologist for every 125 guests for a full bar event. If the liquor selection is limited to beer and wine, then we recommend one Mixologist for every 150 guests.
Will you wear a uniform at my event?
Yes. Our Mixologists wear professional black attire - simple, clean, classy and functional!
How does the gratuity work?
It is standard industry practice for a tip jar to be placed on the bar. Mobile Mixology Masters supports this practice because it helps to supplement our team and the families they are supporting. If you prefer otherwise, please let us know. Host gratuity is always at your discretion.
Where are your services available?
We currently serve the Greater Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg area, but we may be willing to accommodate special events in Orlando, Sarasota and other geographic areas with ample notice. Just let us know the details for your event and we'll do our best to serve you.
Will you beat a competitor's price?
It never hurts to ask. If you are simply looking for someone to poor booze, then perhaps asking a friend or family member is more suitable for your event. But if you are looking for experienced Mixologists that are insured and certified and will provide you with the top quality service your event deserves, then you have come to the right place. We believe we are the best at what we do; and after working with us, we're confident that you will quickly agree.
